Candy Corn cupcakes

How cute are these! How beautiful are these! It doesn't matter if you like candy corn or not.. you will love these beautiful cupcakes! Here we go...






Vanilla Cupcakes

1 box of vanilla cake mix
3 eggs
1  8 oz container of sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1tsp. vanilla extract

yellow and orange gel food coloring about 1/2 tsp each

Mix the cake mix, eggs, oil on medium for 30 seconds. add the sour cream and vanilla extract.

Divide  the batter in half and add the food coloring

heat oven to 350 and bake for about 20 minutes, mine were done in 17 minutes.. keep an eye on them!

line 24  muffin tins with white paper liners...  mix the food coloring into the batter that you divide in 2 bowls. The orange should have a little bit more!

add the orange on top of the yellow

 Best  Vanilla Icing

Bliss N Tell

4 cups powdered sugar
1 softened butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla(vanilla bean scraped out is even better )
Milk... I have no exact measurement. I just add it as I go until I get the best consistency!
