I hope you all had a great weekend. Mine was good, despite the fact that I had two sick kids on my hands. I swear, I think the kids are passing things back and forth because, this is the second time my littlest son has had croup in 6 weeks and in between he has had bronchitis and then my daughter had bronchitis! I really can't wait to be germ free, no snot, no coughs, no sore throats, no nothing... we had a healthy fall and early winter but since mid January it has been rough! Spring can't come fast enough!

- 1. my husband is a hairdresser, I met him when I was 19, at the salon--but he was not my hairdresser at that time.. it didn't take long for that to change, 5 kids and 15 years later!
- I have been doing Yoga for 16 years (off and on of course) and love it, Namaste!
- I read only cookbooks, cooking magazines and of course some gossip mag's, oh we can't forget Fancy Nancy and my younger kids book report books!!
- I once met Josh Duhamel, when he was playing "Leo" on All my Children.. WAY before Fergie came along!! I
hadhave a HUGE crush, that was the best day :) - I've always wanted to live in California
- Even though I have seen it 50x, I still cry at... Dirty Dancing! I know it's weird, but I love that movie --" Nobody puts Baby in the corner!" R.I.P Patrick Swayze, and let's raise awareness for Pancreatic Cancer, my mom died of that horrible cancer ten years ago , she was 55 : (
- I love The Real Housewives, ( OC, Beverly Hills and NJ-- whoot whoot) Keeping up with the Kardashians and Tori and Dean, It's makes folding laundry at night so much more enjoyable!
Brownie Cookies with White Chocolate Chips
Bliss n Tell
1 box of your favorite Brownie mix
1 egg
2 T. water
1/3 cup oil
1 cup white chocolate chips
Heat over to 375. Combine brownie mix, egg, oil and the 2 T. water in a mixing bowl. Mix together and add the chips
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes
I made big cookies by using a medium ice cream scoop.
Check it out... Don't look at my silpat.. It get a lot of wear and tear!

These are eat them straight from the oven, GOOD! I made these last night for a few different people and would've be kicked out the house if I didn't leave a few for my hubby. They're gone - yes, gone! Delicious!
